The one-kilometre ski slope will be the biggest in the world while the dancing fountain will surpass the Dubai Fountain at the Burj Lake. 3. Dubai Hills Estate Mall
The Dubai Hills Mall is currently under construction and is one of the new projects by Emaar. It is placed in Dubai Hills Estate situated at the intersection of Al Khail and Umm Suqeim Roads. According to the developer, the mall is taking shape and is about sixty percent complete.
It will feature a variety of entertainment and leisure centres to cater to different needs. The mall will have over sixty thousand square feet of the hypermarket, retail stores and parking spaces for over seven thousand vehicles. There will also be a link to the Dubai metro to connect travellers to other parts of the city.
