1. Nakheel mall

Once completed, the Nakheel mall, located at the Palm Jumeirah, will be one of the biggest malls in Dubai. The mall is currently eighty-five percent completed and is one of new projects in Dubai. All the floors are complete with the interiors like glass fixing and others on track.

At the same time, the focal point of the mall, the crystal dome is also taking shape. It will host the monorail station that will serve the Jumeirah district. On top of that, the mall will feature shops, restaurants and leisure spots spread across five floors.

The mall will be spread across 4.5million square feet with shops, restaurants and leisure attractions. It will feature five floors and three underground parking levels with a capacity of four thousand cars.

2. Meydan One Mall

Dubai is home to some of the grandest architectural developments in the Middle East region.  Soon, the city will host the biggest mall, the Medan One Mall, which is expected to be completed by 2020. It will be a sprawling destination with luxurious experiences and technologies.

Apart from offering a unique shopping experience, the mall will also feature a multi-purpose sports facility, a dancing water fountain and a heritage village. The one-kilometre ski slope will be the biggest in the world while the dancing fountain will surpass the Dubai Fountain at the Burj Lake. In addition, it will host over five hundred retail stores from across the world and an outside atrium space with a capacity to host thousands of people.

3. Dubai Hills Estate Mall

The Dubai Hills Mall is currently under construction and is one of the new projects by Emaar. It is placed in Dubai Hills Estate situated at the intersection of Al Khail and Umm Suqeim Roads. According to the developer, the mall is taking shape and is about sixty percent complete.

It will feature a variety of entertainment and leisure centres to cater to different needs. The mall will have over sixty thousand square feet of the hypermarket, retail stores and parking spaces for over seven thousand vehicles. There will also be a link to the Dubai metro to connect travellers to other parts of the city.
